Lists and registers that we are required to hold by law
Section 190 (1(f)) of the Local Government Regulations 2012 required Council to report, in its Annual Report 'a list of the registers kept by the local government;. The registers include:
- Register of all Development Applications;
- Register of Councillor's Interests (Chapter 8, part 5 Local Government Regulations 2019);
- Register of Delegations (s260 Local Government Act 2009);
- Register of Local Laws (s31 Local Government Act 2009);
- Register of Road Maps (s74 Local Government Act 2009);
- Register of Burials (s79 Lands Act 1944);
- Register of Cost Recovery Fees (s98 Local Government Act 2009); and
- Register of Lobbyists
